Josh Cooking!

Josh never really cares much about cooking, but yesterday he got excited about making some apple crisp. So here are some pictures of him cooking for evidence of this rare event.

Yukiko's Wedding

We went up north for Yukiko and Eric's wedding a couple of weekends ago and it was really fun to hang out with my whole family. I was feeling super nauseous and throwing everything up and was afraid that I wouldn't make it through the weekend, but Josh gave me a blessing before we went and not only did I survive, I managed to have a lot of fun.

This was also a good chance for Josh to play around with our new baby, a Nikon D40, so hope you like the pictures :)

OK so I'll be honest, a huge part of my excitement was being able to see my little niece, Clara, again. She is so stinkin' cute.

The happy couple.

The Seino sisters.

Yukiko is skinny and pretty.

The tables at the luncheon in the Joseph Smith Memorial Center. There was yummy salad with fruit, New York steak, and fruit tarts. I threw up everything though. I do not recommend throwing up steak, it is pretty nasty.

Me and Joshua at the reception at Wadley Farms, yay!

My parents.

Another cute one of Clara and some other little boy at the reception.

Stop Motion Cracker

This is a preliminary study of stop-motion-photography. It's of a saltine crackers life. I'm just practicing for my final in a few months I'm thinking of doing something similar only a way more involved idea.

Puke-Town

So I guess Josh kind of blew the secret when he mentioned my throwing up in the last post. For those of you who didn't know yet, I'm almost four months pregnant! This past month or so has been puke-tastic. But even then it was only once or twice a day.

That all changed yesterday for some reason. I threw up like five times and Josh caught something so he was throwing up all night as well. Today I've probably thrown up ten times already. It is pretty gross. We're just the puking couple right now. At least we moved into a two bathroom apartment.

Just trying to help out in the Kitchen

So we were at Summers house this weekend for Ryanns B-day/ labor-day enjoying the day, and I guess that some little kids came by pulling a bunch of fruit to give away in a wagon. Anyways, to make it short Sayaka got a squash and made a pie out of it, then I accidentally destroyed it! I turned it upside-down (over the sink of course) in an effort to remedy me wife's discontent with a little runnyness. (I guess it was one of those sweet moments in life where you only think that you're thinking.) This is how you DO NOT try to get runny water out of a perfectly good pie because the whole pie runs.
Sayaka was completely unaware of the stealthy destruction as she gagged all of her inner bowel fluids into the water-closet.

I had pictures too! . . to show the before and after, but I didn't know to change the camera setting from a RAW file to a jPEG file so those are gone as well!

If there are any ideas on how to convert the files to jpeg I open to listening.
